1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and navigating the catalog features at bunofeed.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these operating standards, you must discontinue website navigation immediately.

2 Products & Pricing accuracy

We make every effort to display correct photos, pricing variables, packaging weights, and features for our peanut butter jars, oats, and mueslis. However:

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior announcement.
• We reserve the right to limit sales metrics to specific geographic postal codes.
• Original MRPs may be struck-through during clearance sale campaigns.

3 User Obligations at Checkout

When completing purchase checkpoints in our store checkout form:

• You must supply accurate legal billing names and responsive phone/email addresses.
• Providing fake shipping coordinates or invalid pincodes will result in order cancellation.
• Card information is processed securely. Users are liable for any card authorisations made under their accounts.

4 Cancellations and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium nutrition purchase. Here is our contract:

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled while their status is "Placed". Once the package is shipped (marked \"Shipped\" or \"Delivered\"), cancellations are locked. Cancellations are processed immediately in the My Orders tab, and refunds are credited back to your original source of payment within 5-7 business days.

Returns and Refund

As our peanut butter is a food product, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered due to safety and hygiene reasons. However If you receive a product that is damaged during transit/Leaking or broken/Expired/Incorrect (wrong product delivered), OR any quality-related issue with the product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share: Your order number, Clear photos of the product and packaging, A short video, if applicable. Our team will carefully review the information provided. If the issue is found to be genuine, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Please note that:

Products should not be discarded until our support team completes the review.

Refunds or replacements are provided only after verification of the reported issue.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or ordering the wrong product.

5 Intellectual Property

All logos, typography, visual graphics, recipes, slogans, product names, and layout representations on this website are the pure property of Bunofeed Foods Private Limited. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or mimicking any visual theme element without our written consent.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bunofeed and its team members will not be liable for any direct, indirect, random, or punitive damages resulting from product consumption without consulting a health certified nutritionist, especially if users have pre-existing nut allergies.

7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunofeed and its employees from any claims, losses, costs, or court liabilities resulting from your breach of these terms, or your wrongful actions while inspecting our code properties.
